The clove flower is a suitable spice for soups, broths or baked goods, fish, meat, minced meat, sauces, jams and kompot, for aromatising mulled wines and liqueurs. Along with cinnamon, clove buds are used for improving the taste of biscuits. Cloves are a source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, omega-3, calcium and magnesium.
